Macasieb Attends 2nd SK National Congress in Subic (SBMA), Zambales)

SK Chairman Maria Isabel J. Macasieb was sent to the 2nd Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) National Congress at the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), Zambales to learn about the proposed SK Reform Bill and the Constitution and By-Laws Amendment plans of the Sangguninang Kabataan National Executive Board headed by SKNF President Jane D. Cajes. The congress was held last October 27 to 30, 2009.

****The young public servant was generous enough to share her experiences during and after the said congress.

Here's a short photo story:

1. I checked out some of SBMA's "pasalubong" stalls and found this mug (personalized) at just Php50. Good buy! :D

2. This is me (leftmost) with the SK Chairwoman of Brgy. Sta. Filomena, Iligan City, Ms. Charise Manloloyo being picked up by the Congress Bus for the OSKAR Gala Night. :-)

3. a pose at the congress poster

4. HE President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo came to grace and award the OSKAR winners... Prior to her visit at the congress, the venue was secured an hour before... NOBODY was allowed to go outside nor those outside were allowed to go inside. Very strict, huh? Well, that's for security purposes. I am still fascinated at the sight of PSG... haha. :-P

5. Secretary of National Defense and 2010 Presidential hopeful Gilbert "Gibo" Teodoro also came and delivered a message about youth concerns (of course!). I like the way he delivered his speech... calm and collected.

6. A pose before entering the Plenary Hall for the OSKAR 2009.
Pang-Oscars na ba? :-)
