Mr. Richard Tinggas of Glorious Fashion (formerly Delilah Jones)
He directed and choreographed the pageant for this year. Aside from that, he turned himself the second parent of all the candidates. Yeah, he was terrific! He made friends with the kids which, we should admit, helped a lot in making the kids forget about "tantrums."
We thank Hon. Congressman Vicente "Varf" Belmonte for gracing the celebration. Well, he arrived on time... before the pageant started, to be exact. Nice one Sir!
